Refund Policy
Once we deliver your www.alchemydigitalmedia.com website or video product we provide you a 30-day evaluation period. Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate and ensure your delivered product is fully functional. For video our implementation guide is included with the delivery of your order. During the evaluation period, technical support is available by contacting us at info@alchemydigitalmedia.com or by simply calling us on (239) 214-2614.
During the 30-day evaluation period after purchase if there is an issue with the video quality or functionality of your video product, www.alchemydigitalmedia.com will be more than happy to correct any video quality or functionality issue at NO COST TO YOU.
Due to the nature of the product all sales are final once the order has been delivered and after your web actor of choice has been filmed for you at one of our studios. If you feel the actor did not perform as desired we will work with you but you will need to pay the actors fee again at a discounted rate if a re-shoot is requested or full price if a different actor for the same video is obtained. Again, as stated, if you have any issues with the quality or functionality of your video product we will be more than happy to correct this for you during the 30-day evaluation period.
Websites not hosted on the www.alchemydigitalmedia.com web servers are subject to an additional $300 fee and all design rights are transferred to the client at that point.
We would also like to state that by placing an order with www.alchemydigitalmedia.com you agree to use our Flash player that contains a link back to www.alchemydigitalmedia.com's website.
